Lodha Developers Acquires 80% Stake in Pune-Based Solidrise Realty (SRPL) for ₹294 Crore

Lodha Expands Pune Presence Through Solidrise Acquisition

Lodha Developers signed a Share Purchase Agreement on February 14 to acquire an 80% stake in Pune-based Solidrise Realty Pvt Ltd for ₹294.07 crore. The transaction is expected to close by February 16, 2026, following which Solidrise Realty will become a subsidiary of Lodha Developers.

Strategic Expansion into Pune Market

Solidrise Realty operates in the real estate business in Pune. The company was incorporated on March 21, 2025, and represents a relatively new platform—a structure commonly used to hold or develop specific projects or land parcels. For an established developer, acquiring majority stake in such an entity accelerates market entry and project pipeline development versus building operations from scratch.

With this acquisition, Lodha is positioning itself to deepen its operations in Pune, a market that continues to witness steady residential and infrastructure growth. Pune remains one of Maharashtra's key housing markets, and the acquisition aligns with Lodha's strategy of expanding its footprint in high-growth urban centres and building a robust pipeline of projects.

Lodha's Broader Land and Growth Strategy

Lodha operates across a 40+ year legacy with presence in London, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, having delivered 112 million square feet. The company acquired five land parcels in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru in the October-December quarter of 2025-26, with an estimated sales value of nearly ₹34,000 crore.

Lodha acquires land parcels through outright purchases as well as by forming partnerships with landowners to create a strong pipeline of future projects. This acquisition of Solidrise represents another avenue for growth—acquiring a controlling stake in an existing real estate vehicle with assets or development rights already in place.

Financial Position and Timing

In the third quarter of this fiscal year, Lodha Developers reported a 1% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹956.9 crore, compared with ₹944.4 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to ₹4,775.4 crore in the October-December period of the 2025-26 fiscal year from ₹4,146.6 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year.
